A Step Toward Greater Independence

What Is Homemaker?

Homemaker care provides support with non-medical household tasks to help individuals maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. This includes help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, organizing, and sometimes errands like grocery shopping. Homemaker care allows individuals to remain in their homes while receiving help with daily tasks they may no longer be able to manage on their own.

Who Needs Homemaker?

Homemaker services can benefit people of all ages who are dealing with physical limitations, chronic illnesses, disabilities, or recovery from surgery or injury. Seniors who wish to age in place, individuals with cognitive impairments, or those without nearby family support may also find homemaker care essential.

If you're unsure whether homemaker services are needed, it's a good idea to consult with a medical professional or care coordinator.
